Linray Ltd trading as Emess Car Service is compliant with licence condition 9(14) of the 2000 Regulations in accordance with English contract law to provide the journey that is the subject of a booking.
As an operator, Linray Ltd enters a contractual obligation as principal to endeavour to provide the journey which is the subject of the booking, and this contractual obligation is consistent with the 1998 Act Regulations and English contract law.
Linray Ltd is responsible and liable for anything that may occur on the journeys subject to the accepted bookings. This is subject to force majeure and Acts of God, with liability limited to the value of the journey concerned.
