This information is collected to enable Emess Car Service to provide you with the service(s) you select. When selecting the “buddy” service the app may access the contacts on your phone so they can share information about your journey with a "buddy".
In all cases, we will only request information we need to provide you with the service(s) you have requested.
We record all telephone conversations for training and quality purposes.
